Is there anything better (and free) to waste my time with other than Minesweeper or Solitaire?
Can I find something better than just cloned Flash/Shockwave games for free?
Why does everything cost money?… I’m poor.
Okay folks,
Here is a list of games that should satisfy your entertainment needs, as well as your budgets… free.
We are in a recession, so lets make the best of it. Who says you cannot get good stuff for free anymore… this site already showed you that was wrong.
Check them out, my personal favorites is the Command and Conquer: Red Alert and “N”

E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) has been known to be one of the largest expo’s for video games. The last time I really cared about E3 was in 2006 when ESA announce that there will be no more large scale E3’s after that year.
Many people felt (including myself) that it was not going to work without the spectacle… and they were right.
I went to the E3 2007 and 2008… feeling that it was pretty lame and extremely boring. Nothing to look at, not much things to play, no big chance to talk to developers and the reps…. not to mention the booth babes.

continued from this:
Alienware’s “Allpowerful” notebook… not so new.
Did I call it or what !!!
Here are the pictures of the new “AllPowerful” Alienware, which is not new at all… in technology or innovations.
Its just a M17x refresh (by Quanta)… but it does have enough power now to go up against the big boys (Clevo, ASUS and Arima).
Too bad the ATI Crossfire compatibility did not pan out as well… or this thing would have been pretty sweet to support both dual videocard formats.
Now lets jut see how much this thing is going to cost with a dual videocard setup… I think you will see some price gouging happen with this exclusive system.

UPDATED: added Avira Antivirus Free
Since late 2002 to 2003, PC owners have been bombarded by something new called “Mal-ware” (short for malicious software), which includes spyware, adware, browser hijackers, desktop hijackers, etc.
I remember when the epidemic hitting the masses around that time when I was a senior technician at a computer store chain. It seems that it took everyone off guard because just so many people came flocking in as the days went by with the same issues:
- slow computer
- browser not working right
- desktop not responding
- random pop-up (and pop-under) windows
….etc….
I had to do something to help pre-empt (preemptive) this from happening to more people, especially with those that are buying new computers. Read the rest of this entry
