Hey guys, it’s that time of the year again… E3 is right around the corner! Set to run from June 15-17, 2010, Square Enix will once again be presenting a FINAL FANTASY title at E3. Of course, that would be FINAL FANTASY XIV! Square Enix is also set to release a NEW TRAILER for FFXIV during those days! Alpha phase two invites have already been sent out! If you haven’t been invited, don’t worry, I haven’t either :( .

As your resident Final Fantasy Fangirl, I will be practically living at the Square Enix booth for those days, trying to capture everything I can. Is there anything specific you want me to capture? There is also an official Q&A site that SE made for E3:

Better late than never. I would have done everything yesterday, but I was beat. :)

I had many many pics to go through and chose the ones that were not obviously bad… and I had to update the “E3 Booth Girls” post.

This is day three, I got a lot of video footage and interviews…. as well as my team taking many many pics.

Things to watch for:
- detailed booth pics
- Star Wars: Old Republic characters
- Wii MotionPlus (add-on to Wii-mote)
- Ninja Turtles
- G4 set for their coverage on E3 Live.
- Square-Enix products in nice displays
…. etc…

here are the pics of Day 3:
- I will update it with more pics and videos when I finish uploading them.

Check back and I will also make a “E3 Coverage” tab at the top of the page as well. Read the rest of this entry

E3 2009 Coverage – Day 1 – Pics and Videos

Getting paid to play games and review them… what a dream. :) (but too bad I get no money for this)

Hey folks,

Been back from E3 (Day 1) for a few hours now, took a lot of time there taking pictures (until I realized that I forgot to charge it the previous night). I also brought along a camcorder that does Full HD… which I found to be a pain to transfer to my PC and then to upload…. with a crappy upload speed.

So for the time being, here are the pics of Day 1:
- I will update it with more pics and videos when I finish uploading them.

Check back and I will also make a “E3 Coverage” tab at the top of the page as well. Read the rest of this entry

E3 2009 – What do you want us to cover?

E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) has been known to be one of the largest expo’s for video games.  The last time I really cared about E3 was in 2006 when ESA announce that there will be no more large scale E3’s after that year.

Many people felt (including myself) that it was not going to work without the spectacle… and they were right.

I went to the E3 2007 and 2008… feeling that it was pretty lame and extremely boring.  Nothing to look at, not much things to play, no big chance to talk to developers and the reps…. not to mention the booth babes. :)
