How do I get an Xbox 360 for under $100 (that’s fully functional and working)?
Where do I get them?
What’s the catch? …. seriously.
Is there anything wrong with them?
… Please read on to find out how to take advantage of these deals.

How do I get an Xbox 360 for under $100?
• Go onto Craigslist (if this is your first time, then I will walk you through it)
• choose the city or county (on the right side) that is nearest to you
• in the search bar for sale items, search for: 360 or Xbox 360
• then filter your search by typing 100 in the max price field on top
• now go through the list, you should find many Xbox 360’s for sale under $100
• look for the non-broken ones that has everything included (at least console, controller, video A/V cable, and power adapter)
Where do I get them?
• after you find some prospective sale posts for the Xbox 360’s
• contact the person by email or phone (whichever one they ask you to use)
• ask if the system is in working order or not… make sure that they say it is working/functional.
• (Opportunity to Haggle) here is when you can say if they would be willing to sell it for a cheaper price… seriously, you can get almost 40% off their asking price if you say that you will pay cash immediately and you are willing to drive to them for it.
• meet up with them, check the item to see if its good working shape as they described on craigslist and over the communications (email, phone, etc)
What’s the catch? …. seriously.
• the reason why you would find Xbox 360’s for sale so cheap (starting within the last 24 hours) is that a whopping one million Xbox 360 systems were banned from Xbox Live.
• what does that mean? – it means that those banned systems were flagged for being modified (modded)… specifically for the purpose of playing pirated games (backup copies).
• why are people selling them? – those that are selling them are trying to gather up some money to buy another Xbox 360 since they probably want to get back online to play with their friends in the huge community that is Xbox Live.
• Their loss is your gain.
Is there anything wrong with them?
• Absolutely NOT.
• These Xbox 360’s still play games fine and save games fine…. the only thing is that they can never go onto Xbox Live.
• If you do not have high-speed internet and/or play games mainly offline (or by yourself), then these systems are a great deal for you.
Christmas Gift Opportunity
• Also, if a child or friend that you know wants a new gaming system and you want to save money, one of these systems would suit him/her perfectly since they are most likely not going to go online to play games like Guitar Hero or Rock Band.
Hope you find this to be helpful.

P.S. I actually got one for $40 and gave it to my brother since he is a PS3 fanboy and needed to be introduced to some great Xbox 360 games… like Mass Effect, Fable 2 and Deadrising, which can also be found legitimately on craigslist for cheap (under $10 for the most part).
